One of the Italy’s all-female gastronomic landmarks:  the Company was inspired by the family tradition of balsamic vinegar .The production includes top quality Balsamic Vinegar : Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia dop and Condimento del Borgo in three different labels than Balsamic Vinegar of Modena igp. ( the colorr code is since the beginning the signature of the Company).
All the lines have been given a color code ( yellow orange and red) the Company distinguishing feature from the very beginning.Custom- made products designed for different cooking uses. The production is based on the use of top quality ingredients and the unmistakable graphic design conveys the products’ quality level.
